Latest trip to Kittens
For those who have never been: If you've been to a Seattle-area strip club you could probably navigate the layout with your eyes closed - and before your eyes adjust to the dark, you pretty much have to. Two stages - since I go mostly during the day (mostly) I haven't seen the second stage fired up yet. Private curtained-off rooms line a back hallway, and there are a couple more behind the DJ booth. In four recent visits, have yet to see a manager peek back there to see what's what.
Sparse crowd on a Saturday morning - I've heard it picks up at night if you're into that. Sparse dancers too - I've yet to see more than six or seven on a shift. Very friendly waitress on Saturdays. The dancers are friendly too, and so far (knock on wood) not too pushy. A few of them ('T' for example) like to park themselves at your table - or on your lap - and chit-chat before asking about dances. One - a skinny, multicolor-haired dancer whose name escapes my brain every time - uses the exact same line on me every time.
Previous trips included seeing Pandora's Martina (which I described in a rejected review as "swell" and by golly I'm sticking to that description) and Monse (a Seattle strip club stalwart who has always worked within my budget to make our time end happy.) This trip, I met Chandler, a younger dancer with a chill vibe (bad with descriptions from a first visit, but I think medium-length brown hair, slender body type.) $40 dances (no upcharge offered) - I didn't get the sense that she was a full-meal-deal sort, more of a sexy cuddle buddy. For locals of a certain age, she gave me a Brooke from Honey's vibe which is right up my alley. Did three very fun private dances with her. Says she works days and I'm looking forward to what we do next.
