Oasis is just barely located in the city of Doraville, and continues to struggle to stay open because of the S.O.B. (sexually oriented business) ordinance brought on by the city.

The strip mall across the street is being demolished to make way for bigger development, which might lead to an inevitable closure. The club shares a lot with Jimmy's Tequila & Carnes, and they seem to be copacetic at this time.
