Tuesday Night Mixed Bag

Filly's is located on a low-end commercial strip in Winston, near downtown. The building itself is a nondescript concrete building tucked back off the road a bit. One thing that jumps out at you at night is the back half of the parking lot, it is completely unlit, very sketchy. Inside, the club is small with a peninsula bar, a small seating area off to the side, and a long stage that runs the entire length of the club. This club does allow indoor smoking, and is not well vented. You WILL smell like smoke when you leave whether or not you partake.

The staff of Filly's is friendly and quick to serve. It is easy to get a drink at the bar or from a waitress. The quality of the dancers varies quite a bit, both in looks and customer service. The dancers are mostly white with some black and Hispanic girls as well. There are some girls that are surprisingly attractive and others that I wouldn't want a dance from if it were free. Most dancers, of all attractiveness, are friendly and interact with customers freely. Most times tipping at the stage will get the dancer to stop by after their turn. There are some dancers that only hang around with their regulars, and no amount of tipping will get their attention.

Filly's cover is $10 at the door in the evenings. Drink prices are better than what you find in most local clubs. A beer cost less than $4, and there are several specials on different drinks every night. Dances are also a bit lower than the area average with ten minutes for $100.
