Finally made it to Playhouse (after years of tracking it on the tuscl top 10). Did not disapoint. It was as described by many, a very good time with mileage that satifies. Was there on a Thursday night, and the crowd was moderate. Dancer selection varied with only a couple of girls that were truly 8+. But that was fine. Saw whoever I wanted. Decided to go for a selection rather than a concentrated spend with one. The $20 dances are fun...play with tits and a little more. The closed "vip" rooms for $30 are truly better, with the right girl. Never quite figured out the camera/timing thing. Knew it was there but it seemed hard to recognize when your time was up. Just my first time there I guess. Was glad to see the very casual atmosphere...some guys wearing sweats, shorts, etc. Shorts are a very good idea here. As more than one dancer I sampled was ready to go right in...but would not allow the button to un-snap. Unzip yes. Un-snap, no. Maybe that's the new rule or I just wasn't spending enough with one girl. The bar around the stage worked for me. The girls just keep mingling by looking for a dance or on on the spot feel and tip. For smokers, the summer 2006 NJ law is a bummer. But that night, it worked out. Would step out between beers (byob) and the enjoyment of hanging out with the doorman (Pat, if recall). Good man and enjoyed a number of smokes with Pat and the most delicious little bartender who would step out for a smoke as well. Pat was familiar with the Tuscl top 40 and mentioned that he's met several who drive from afar to visit the Playhouse. If you're looking for really hot, young strippers in a glossy environment go somewhere else. If your looking to enjoy a fine mixture (age and looks) of women that will allow you to play and will play with you...and you don't need glitz or glamour, then visit the Playhouse. I swung by during a Sept Atlantic City trip. Its about an hour and 15 min away from AC. And its way better than any AC club. In some ways, Playhouse is like the Players Club in Baltimore (my most frequented club). But at the Playhouse, the odds that you'll get a girl ready to play with you are much, much higher. Would it give it an 8.5...but since my choice is either 8 or 9...will have to go 9. I just left too happy.
