Rest A Bit is better than I remember

First time back at the Rest a Bit. With the Showplace gone and most of NJ shut down still I was happy to drive by and see it not too crowded on a Saturday afternoon.

The bar doesn't have seats around the stage anymore. Instead it has róom for maybe 15 people seated and and the waitress comes to you.

The RAB has always been known for over having old women who shouldn't take their their clothing off for a living. I was pleasantly surprised to see of the 5 girls working, only 1 of them was old RAB material. Two of the girls were blonde and stacked. Mid 30's and 40's dancers. I'm guessing Brazilian. I got a woman who claimed to be a first timer. She was thrilled to give me a lap dance and didn't seem to care about any contact rules. Lappers are still $25,and I guess your mileage may vary. But my sense after today is that the regulars are steady but slow dollar tippers but not much on private dancers. It wasn't the dollar parade quite like before, the girls come off stage but every girl gave me a handful while collecting their buck unlike how I remember it and the showplace. This was my first visit back in a club in a year. It felt medium safe. Half the people were masked.
