millstream... only game in town during 'rona, but became a new hangout

I first stopped into the Millstream in fall of '20. Can't say that I'm a regular, but I've been popping in a couple times a month since they reopened last summer whenever I happen to be in the area. I typically arrive mid-afternoon but rarely stay later than 8 or so.

Vibe is local neighborhood bar. Afternoon patrons are about what you'd expect - primarily older regulars who are there no matter what day of the week I visit, with a few randoms mixed in. Pre-'rona the place could get pretty packed even in afternoon, but since then the crowd varies from just a few people to about 3/4 capacity at tables and bar, which is actually comfortable social distancing for me. Bouncer and staff enforce mask wear if you're standing, moving about or up at the stage.

Great food any day of the week, with daily drink specials and themes. All the bartenders are fun and peppy. I enjoy chatting with Nina H (dark hair) and Mickey & Casey are cool too. I don't think they do a bottle service, but it's not that kind of spot. Minor critique... the specials are fine but I don't think they've changed them up at all since my very first visit, so they could freshen that up.
