Figured it was about time for my somewhat-quarterly update on PaperMoon. I've focused a lot on the actual facility and its layout in prior reviews, so I'm going to go light on most of those details, but will go into more detail for the VIP rooms themselves (further below). Just three quick call-out's on the general location:
