Arrived on a Friday at 1:00 p.m. No cover. Optical temperature check and sanitizer are built into the wall. The door guy led me back to a table and told me the rules- always wear a mask except if I’m at my own table drinking. Everyone is masked. $5 bottled water from the waitress. She didn’t say anything about a drink minimum.

Jersey on the main stage. That was the only of the 3 stages that had any action. There was a guy sitting there the whole time, so it must be allowed. Other dancers here today were Lucy, Emma, Kira, Dallas and Jordan. I’m guessing that was entire lineup because I never saw any other, and Jersey went back on stage when I left. But, let’s back up…

The parking lot was the most crowded I’ve ever seen it. But I’ve only ever been here at lunch and during COVID. Coming inside, it was the LEAST crowded I had ever seen it. After my eyes adjusted, I realized the reason was VIP was busy. Also, I think some of the ladies were in the dressing room.

Then several guys started streaming in. I’ve never left without going VIP and I was concerned this might be the day. Compound this with the new norm- there was a dressed woman who kept walking from the bar and doing a visual inspection of what was happening in VIP. The dancers were all, at least part of the time, on their own chairs. So it was like a herd of prairie dogs, watching to see if the coast was clear.

I finally did get lucky and had a dancer come to me (I won’t say who). We went to VIP, just because her body was so hot, and I was willing to TOFTT to see what it was like. The first 1.8 songs were pretty tame. But there were enough wandering hands to keep me interested. It was like she could read my mind, because as I was thinking I would cut it off at 2 songs and leave, it’s almost like she was testing how willing I was to invest more than a couple songs in this. The prairie dog status was “calm” and she broke into an early COVID quality LD, which is to say, pretty good. I left satisfied. $20/song. They still have the gallon of sanitizer at the VIP exit so you can go home smelling like a hospital.
