Special but not special
It's hard to be too critical of a place like this where everything is on offer, served up to you on a platter in fact, at quite a reasonable price. Yet, despite partaking, I don't think I'll be back.
The first impression DD made on me was how brown it was. Wood, brick walls, warm lighting. The decor is more local dive than club. The floor is dense with tables and on this Saturday night most were occupied. The crowd skewed middle aged. Most patrons sat utterly inert in deep lounge chairs. I shot envious glances at the older gents who had nabbed the loveliest of the girls and were having a laugh riot at the bar.
What remained didn't entice. To my eyes most of the women are totally average besides many having been under the knife. When an average person is up on stage, baring everything, and failing to get a rise, it's too real. I see her humanity when I want to see a sex object. I don't come out to see clumsy, lumpy, crumbling humanity.
