- JascoiApproved·over and over i’ve heard that Cascada c7 does not honor the free drink nor the Tropical VIP card (which I have). Recently I have been staying at Rizo when I use my tropical VIP card and there is sometimes construction noise due to the expansion of the hotel. I’ve had one girl refuse to cross the street from c7. (But the other hundred HK girls willingly cross the street with me.)
