Was in need of a good massage. NB Elite offers different packages that include different durations and options. The most popular one is Package #1 which is $160. With this package, you get a legit massage, special time with one of their women for about half an hour, and either a haircut or sauna time. I haven't been back to Tijuana in over a year. It seems like they can keep a barber. The last three times I have been there, I have had to settle for the sauna by default. The place was clean. The masseuse was very safe, kept her mask on the whole time. The massage was above average, wish she applied more pressure because I had a lot of knots. There was only 2 women working when I went this time, but my ATF was there, still looking good, Lolita. Petite, curvy woman with tattoos. I was hoping to see new women, but can't complain. Hoping the massage will be just a little better and maybe a barber there next time, but venture out there again. Much safer and cleaner than HK. Place is down the street from Plaza Rio. Easy Uber ride there.
