Low Wattage at Electric Blue

OVERVIEW

Electric Blue is right off of I-84, Exit 68, next to a small shopping plaza with a Subway and a gas station. Middle-of-nowhere, highway rest stop kind of place, though evidently it’s fairly close to UConn.

LAYOUT

I walked in at about 4:15 pm on a Saturday and was stopped by the doorman for $5 and a temperature scan. He reminded me that it was operating as a restaurant and gave me a food menu, which looked like standard bar food, but I wasn’t hungry. Place was nicely decorated with a lot of neon lights, fitting I guess given the name. I imagine it’s a party vibe when fully open and rocking.
