Cheetahs won the lawsuit but isn’t open?!?!?

So, everyone in CA knows that Pacers and Cheetahs lawsuit that they won overturned Gov Newsom’s restrictions on indoor dining and entertainment; however, I just went by today at about 1pm and the doors were locked. I tried calling and the phone just rang. I thought they won and were open. I drove by Expose and the door was open but only one car in the entire lot. Didn’t even stop in.
