Backstory:

The Pink Pony is located in the Metro Atlanta area in a fairly new city called Brookehaven. the Brookehaven city council was barely formed before a self-righteous a-hole brought attorney Scott Bergholdt from Nashville to draft a Sexually Oriented Business ordinance, practically legislating the Pink Pony out of existence.

After much litigation and deliberation, the Pony signed a 7-year agreement with the city. That lease was up this year.

I'm told that the lease was extended into 2021.
