I went to the Sands this...

I went to the Sands this past Friday at around 11:30 pm. Some of the same dancers have been there for years and I saw most of them this night. There were apparently some new talent, according to one of the dancers. Only one from what I could see and it was apparent that she was new. First off, I think that her name was Adrianna or something like that and she was fairly pretty. Before checking out her LD talents, I waited until I saw her on stage and that was when I really found out that she was new. Her dancing was too fast and her 'outfit' was really only matching bra and panties. She came over the introduce herself so I bought her a drink to find out a little more. I decided that I was not going to take one for the team after chatting with her since she really did not know what she was doing. I was a little surprised that one of the other dancers didn't try to at least explain some of the basics, but I guess its every dancer for herself.

The club actually is in pretty good shape, so I just wish that they would spend a little bit of time getting better talent in there. I know that some of the girls would object, but the club as a whole would make so much more money if they would do that. Heck, they spent a lot of time, effort and money to improve the club itself. Why not the personnel?
