Manager 'insisted' I pay $500 (+$100 already spent) for 30 minutes of casual playtime

I went on a weekday afternoon. $20 to get in, but that supposedly came with a meal (nobody asked what I wanted, and I was not looking for a meal). Inside was dark and not too loud, looked clean, and there was plenty of space between tables. All tables out in a central plain view. Private booths are merely benches against the wall. VIP is merely an elevated area. I wanted the "private lap dance area," to not be in front of customers. That area was simply more booths against the wall, but with curtains between the booths and the rest of the club. It is $60 for a half-hour back there (before dancer fee, of course). For the rest, I do not think I had a normal experience. First, I casually talked to a nice, pretty girl, one who sat by the manager before she came to me. We agreed on going to the private area for a 'non-girlfriend' fantasy interest of mine (one which does not require any special effort from her). We go back, casually have fun for almost 30 minutes, and the manager opens the curtain to demand I pay another $60 or we stop. Well, I am accustomed to that "30 minutes fee" getting me well over an hour (if not unlimited time) at every club I have ever been to, so I was stunned to see him there lording over me after 30 minutes. The girl stops and goes away to "find out what I owe her," then comes back and says I owe her $500 for that 30 minutes of easy, non-girlfriend play. I am shocked to hear the price, and she starts doing the crying-game while the manager quickly comes back to get involved, and makes me feel uncomfortable with not paying that price. It felt like they were working together to fleece some selected targets of all their money as fast as possible.

If I had my normal experience of going to a club, in which I have about an hour of casual fun with a girl who would like to take it easy for an hour (even sit down and take her shoes off) for $200, I would say nice place with some nice girls. Instead, I was cut off after 30 minutes by a manager who insisted I owe $500.
