In search of Adriana- third time is the charm

I set out for another trip to PH on a Thursday afternoon.

Bar hours: Mon - Sat 12 Noon to 7PM (why so early ?) and Sunday 4PM to 10PM (??)

This was my third visit post covid. The parking lot which is large was about 20% full when I arrived. When you enter the bar there is a small enclosed entry area prior to the door leading to the bar, upon entering there is a doorman who takes your temp and asked me if I was here before. I said yes so he skipped giving me the covid questionnaire. The floor is marked with arrows directing the flow in a counter clockwise direction but no one cares. I proceeded to my favorite set half way around the rectangular bar where it cuts in one seat. Upon sitting I asked to water and was given a bottle and my $10 cover was also collected.
