Friday night blues

Did a quick drop in on friday night to see what's the same and what's different. Paid my $5 cover and sat at the bar close to the DJ booth. There's a number of ladies sitting around the bar on their phones so I figured this meant nothing real was going on and it's not about to change. They stop serving alcohol at 11PM so I purchased a couple shots and a beer to hold me over.

Did some tipping but no one really caught my eye. I was finally approached by what I would say is an old friend C*A*E* that caught me up on what's been going on. I declined the dance because the last time we went back there it wasn't anywhere near the same as before Covid. She also figured out who my g/f is from a previous visit so needless to say, it would have been weird. I tipped her some dollars and she went to do her job.

I was offered some action in the parking lot by someone else but i declined. The music was good and the girls are pretty much the same but the place feels different. I'll stop by some other time after Covid is open to see if things go back to normal.
