Post COVID review - quiet but still enjoyable for a Thursday
Visited here on a recent Thursday evening. The place is a bit off the beaten path but easy to find non the less. Parking is feel, just a gravel lot and plenty big. Probably enough room for a tractor trailer. Cover charge was $10 which included two cans of assorted sodas or bottled water. No mask required and no temperature check in these COVID times. None of the dancers or bartenders had masks and the majority of the customers were without masks. The place is overall pretty small, more of a relaxed bar vibe than club vibe for sure. There are no TVs so if you came to watch the game while enjoying some extra entertainment this won’t fit your needs.
The night I visited had 4 dancers working and there were only a handful of customers. Girls only go on stage if there are people sitting at the rail otherwise the stage is empty. I guess that makes sense? The stage is fairly long with two poles on either end and is well lit. Stage performances last at least 3 songs and all the dancers remove tops and bottoms by the end of their set. Even though all the dancers are full nude at some point during their set it seems to be their discretion as to how explicit and up close they present themselves. In general I would say interaction at the stage varies between the dancers.. which is okay. The typical $2 or more tip per song while at the rail seems standard here.
The other different thing about this place is there is zero private dance hustle. I’m not sure if this is always the case or maybe only during weekdays. Seems like the protocol was to dance 3 songs on stage and then return the dressing room until it was time for stage again. Typically if you tip consistently at the stage the dancer will at least stop by and see if you want a dance but that was not the case here. Again maybe it’s different on the weekend? Based on the advertisement in the pisser, dances are $25 or 3/$60.
