Capital Cabaret Dreamin On Such A Rainy Day
So a lot has changed at Capital Cabaret. The review instructions say to “Be Wordy,” so I’ll be happy to. First of all, the entry prices. As of a couple weeks ago, the entrance fee is now $6 for ANY time before 8 pm (with includes a $6 food voucher), $20 for 8-11 pm (with a $10 food voucher), and $30 after 11 pm (with a $20 food voucher). (I don’t think there is a club membership anymore, and it definitely makes no difference in these fees.) A mask is required at entrance. Brand new is they now pat you down at the door for weapons.
I think these increased house fees (which are now WAY above The Men’s Club, which maxes out at $10, if a member) have cut down on business. The girls told me that even the weekends have been slow, where before there was nowhere to sit.
There is a real push to drive all business to the private rooms, which are $150 per each 15 minutes. Since before January (months before Covid), the $10 table dances have been eliminated. Even in the normal $30 a song private dances, my experience has been that only about half the girls will now take their top off. A lot of girls don't even take their top off on stage now.
As has always been true with Capital Cabaret, some of the girls are really sweet, pretty, and fun to sit with and talk to. This has always been the greatest selling point of Capital Cabaret, and what they do the best. However, more and more are sharks who are just prowling for walking ATM’s they can quickly drain in the Private Rooms.
A tip: I have been going here for years, and one thing I’ve noticed is regardless of how friendly the girl is, if it’s your first time meeting her, after you get whatever dances from her, your time with her is over. So if you want to talk to them, tell them you get dances after talking to girls, not before. The sharks will do drive-bys, walking up and asking if you want a dance, but if you agree, you won’t be spending time with them after.
