Stopped by on a roadtrip to MX
On a road trip from Dallas to Monterrey and decided to stop in Laredo for the night before crossing the border. Decided to check this place out with a buddy of mine. The place is located in the middle of some sort of cargo/shipping area and it seems pretty empty with a bunch of trucks as you drive down the street. Honesty not the most welcoming place to drive down at night. However the building itself is fine and the parking lot is right out front.
We didn’t realize it, but we came on Wednesday which is $5 lap dance night. There was a $10 cover per person that I paid and friend bought us both a beer so I don’t know exactly how much that was. You walk in and there’s a desk, pay cover and then head to your left. You enter a large open room with a giant stage in the middle, two stages on each side, a bunch of tables and chairs between the triangle formed by these three stages, and then a bar against the back opposite of the main stage. Lap dance areas are on each side of the bar/stage. There’s an upstairs but it was not in use as far as I could tell. The women did one song on each stage, so three songs and then back on the floor. The place was packed, maybe 50-75 people there, not much room to sit at the tables so we posted up by the bar.
If you are considering going here then you already know that Laredo is a border town and probably are not surprised to hear that the women are mostly (maybe exclusively) Mexican. There’s definitely a language barrier. I’m all for women of every color, but these women were not to my own liking because they were heavy on the Botox, lip filler, silicon, etc and generally trended as bigger women. I would say most of the women I saw, and I think I saw all 15 working that night, were not ones that I wanted a lap dance from. Finally an attractive and more petite/natural dancer appeared on stage. Barely anyone was tipping. I went up and tipped some money. She came by later and we chatted for all of 1 minute before she asked if I wanted a dance. We headed off to the side. No touching allowed, hands on my side, and she cycles through the same 4-5 moves. I bought maybe 7 dances because they were $5 each and she was attractive, but the dances were lackluster and she promptly walked away after I paid without any comment. Honestly I felt like she just didn’t want to be dancing for me and had other people in mind to dance for.
My buddy got lap dances with two other women. He also doesn’t speak much Spanish and had the same general experience I did, the women just didn’t seem all that into it and it detracted from the overall experience.
I would consider coming back on a day other than Wednesday if I found myself in Laredo again because the lack of interest (and high end talent) might be due to the low priced lap dances. But I wouldn’t go out of my way to do so, and next time I make this road trip I’m much more likely to just drive straight through to Dallas.
