Not bad, considering COVID

DV8 has been one of my favorite Portland clubs for many years. I haven't been to many clubs since the COVID lockdown, but was glad to see DB8 open and several hot girls dancing on a Friday afternoon. The club layout hasn't change much, with the bar to your right as you walk in and two stages (though only one in use on this afternoon). Parking is easy when it's not too busy, with a lot behind the club out of view of the busy Powell Blvd, though the food carts next to the parking lot tend to have a lot of customers watching as you go in and out of the club. No cover, and drinks are reasonably priced with a microbrew at $5. The dancers were typical for DV8, ranging from slim spinners to slightly thicker dancers, some with tattoos and piercings. All the girls did some nice pole work and put an effort into their routines. I did not partake in any private dances, and didn't ask about any on this visit so I'm not sure of the current rates or options. Maybe on my next visit, which I'm looking forward to.
