Not many girls, but decent option in Lansing

I went just around dinnertime on a weeknight this past winter. I was approached by a few girls, and got dances with 2. I enjoyed the clubs music choices, but the DJ and recorded voice over the speaker did get annoying after awhile. Everything is strictly timed with the amount of time the dancers spend on stage and the time of your lap dance. It was $20 a dance but they also have 2 for $30 deals when the red lights go on. The dancers were friendly, but nothing mind blowing. Most of the dancers were younger but there was one that was probably 50. Not total smokeshows but one of the younger ones had a great body and a lot of tattoos. The bartender was friendly, although they don't serve alcohol. When you get a lap dance, the bartender would come over to you and ask if you wanted to buy the dancer a drink (usually a red bull) every time you had a dance. This usually got annoying, and one of the dancers even told me that they're not allowed to say no. Those drinks cost $6-7. It seems the Vu is strict on rules and I'd imagine security watches what goes on especially in VIP tightly.

I did not get VIP but might have to next time. Overall, the Vu wasn't a horrible visit, but nothing spectacular. Everyone is friendly but with no alcohol and some expensive prices it does leave you wanting more.
