Weekday afternoons are pretty slow, but start to pick up after 3p. Personally I like the lack of crowds and ability to social distance from other patrons. If you arrive before 4 or 5p, there's no ID check, temperature check, cover, or bouncer to greet you. Masks are required to enter, when stage tipping, or when walking around. At your table or bar stool with drink in hand, masks are not required to be worn. Dancers and bartenders wear masks throughout, except when drinking or giving 15+ minute dances with patrons permission. Bartenders do try to enforce distancing and will tell people to find another seat if separate patrons are too close together. I have found myself working in Baltimore alot over the last two months or so and have taken to stopping at the Millstream for a couple beers and maybe a 15-minute dance on my way home at least once a week.

The layout - Single long bar against wall opposite the stage and entrance with about 15 distanced barstools for patrons and several non-distanced stools for their dancer friends.

About 10-15 small tables for seating small groups of 2-4.

One main stage and one small side stage that I've never witnessed in use. Dancers also have a set of silks and a hoop thing for acrobatics next to the stage.
