Hard Times

Went to Bogarts sister club Henry VIII immediately before , got a pass from H8 which was good for admission otherwise the cover is $5. No changes here, half paved/half gravel free parking area surrounding the small club, enter through a pair of doors, 3 stages to the right after you enter, the main stage is across from the only bar. There is an elevated , upstairs section for dances in curtained off booths , entrance fee is $10 but good for the shift and $20 per song . Had an orange juice ($6.50) On Friday night it was busy with customers, many smokers, very few wore face masks, business as usual though few dancers -6-7 and none too appealing which is as expected as though there are usually 2-3 nuggets which it make it worthwhile, also in my experience the girls here are a notch better than H8 , though many work in both clubs. Not the case this night. Girls were pudgy and overweight with lots of tattoos. I went back the next day Saturday afternoon, and had a beer ($ 6.75) after paying the entrance fee. Few customers and fewer dancers again. May get better with time but won't be coming back anytime soon.
