Sketchy new management

Overall, I think this is the best club in Denver. Had an amazing time here last week. As covid evolves so do rules... I came in tonight, Friday night, and paid cover. No big deal. Was then told I can’t take my mask off except to drink, it’s a new policy. Said I don’t want to come in then- they said sorry no refunds. So I left the front door after donating a cover. It was so unlike them, usually the best club with the highest standards, that I called the manager while waiting for an Uber somewhere else- and he said “oh, we’ll bring that up at the next meeting.” When all I’d said was it is not cool to tell someone a requirement after they pay- and if they no longer want to come in, no refund. So apparently that’s the new policy- which is a shame. Honestly, many clubs across the US don’t treat the customer well but this one has never been like that, the new business model is a little scary. Ignore the numbers I gave- I paid to come in but didn’t go in, no idea what kind of talent was there.
