Pre-Covid Visit, but Useful Information

Cheaters
5450 N Atlantic Ave. Cocoa Beach, FL 32931
I have yet to return post-Covid, but here are some observations from a visit shortly before the closure that should be helpful regardless of current procedures. Frankly, the parking lot could benefit from a little social distancing. Take care to select a parking space that allows anyone parking near you to do so without scratching your car in the process. On Tuesdays, at least, the club has plenty of room for customer seating without any crowding, though the pool table and bar area may be configured differently now. A rectangular stage is surrounded on three sides by spread-out chairs and tables, and the fourth side offers a few seats as well. Dancers appeared to consult with the DJ prior to their appearances on stage, so the music genre varied according to the dancers' preferences. The volume is not jet-engine loud but still on the high side IMHO. In any case, the private dance room is fairly isolated from the noise level in the stage area. The room is large and was never very populated, so the absence of individual dance booths didn't matter that much. 7pm marks the transition from $10 seldom-monitored private dances to $20 slightly-monitored private dances, and a modest cover charge takes effect as well at that hour. Most of the 5-8 day-shift dancers leave by then, replaced by a larger number of night-shift dancers, but a few stay later or arrive earlier, so there are some advantages to starting an evening visit early. Both shifts offered ethnic diversity. Two tall dancers, possibly eastern European, one blond and the other brunette, allegedly sisters, arrived later in the evening. They did not approach customers much, but customers certainly approached them. Cheaters was a worthwhile night option in Coca Beach even before Dancers Royale increased prices, all the more so since then.
