Good talent but not my cup of tea

I decided to check out the Cheetah since I had some time. It's a decent club; essentially one large room. There's a private dance area to the right when you enter. I believe the cover was $12 which is a bit high in my opinion. I went to the bar and grabbed a cranberry juice and found a seat so I could survey the room. Surprisingly there were some decent looking dancers. Some strong 7s and a couple of 8s. There were 12-14 girls present and that's pretty good for a Tuesday night. And most of the girls were thick and curvy, which is my preference. I saw at least 4 girls that I was prepared to drop some money on UNTIL I noticed there weren't any dances being done on the floor. Guys were taking dancers to the private area, which is really not my thing. So I talked to a couple of the girls to get the protocol in this place. I was told they only occasionally do dances on the floor and their preference is to sell private dances for $30 per song. After inquiring about the degree of contact, I got the impression there wasn't going to be much mileage. Every so often they would offer 2 private dances for $40 but with questionable mileage I really wasn't compelled to try it out. When I go to strip clubs I want good contact laps (medium to high mileage).. Even though I refrained from getting any dances, it appeared this place wasn't going to meet my expectations for a club. And it's unfortunate because they had decent talent.. If they were doing table dances with good contact, I would've dropped a few hundred.. Instead I only spent $23 ($12 entrance; $11 for the ripoff shot of Ciroc).. This seems to be one of those places that masquerades as a high end club. If you're not careful I can see the potential to spend a bunch of money and leave feeling disappointed. There just doesn't seem to be any value for the patron here. And almost forcing the customer to buy private dances is definitely a no no in my book. I avoid clubs like this.. I must say the staff was pretty nice though..
