The new Dancers Royale (old Inner Room) now open

The Inner Room re-opened on Monday, 6/01, under its new name "Dancers Royale". I was there only for about 15 minutes but this is what I observed. I did not recognize most of the dancers (assume new ones from Orlando where the owner has a club with the same name). Faith was there looking better than ever but she was the only one I recognized. Of course no masks or social distancing. Sat at the bar but did not get service for over 10 minutes. The owner with his dog was talking to a customer and leaning on my bar stool. The customer on my other side was caughing like crazy. So I got up and went to the stage to tip Faith who was dancing and left. Club has very low lighting which makes sight adjustment when first coming in even more difficult than before the renovation. I did not see any customers getting dances and the club might not be offering them on the first day. Normally, I would have Faith or another dancer show me around and give me the info on the dance area on the south side of the club with the sections with curtains but just decided to leave. The club had an exit to a small area with a privacy fence (about 12 ft. X 12 ft.) but don't know if that will be around long term or the function.

I still prefer the neighborhood bar feel of the Inner Room before the renovation. I may go back Wednesday or Thursday to get a second look. I am hoping to see some familiar faces. I am not sure how they got to be open when Cheaters is still closed.
