I finally had a chance to...

I finally had a chance to visit this club a t a decent time of day/week since the glory days of 4 or so years ago. Previous visits were either at shift change or bizarre days (holidays, etc) It was about 3 PM on a Wed. afternoon, and the parking lot was packed. Once inside (no cover during the day) there were about 20 dancers milling around or on the bar/stage, and about 30-40 customers. Doesn't anyone work anymore?

For the most part, the dancers were all pretty good looking, although there were a few chubbies in the group. But, one thing I noticed was that there just wasn't the "zing" in the crowd that there used to be a few years ago. The dancers seemed listless and the customer seemed almost bored. In fact, that's what one of the dancers, Lila, asked me - "why does everyone seem so bored today?"

Since she had a normal attitude, and asked for a dance, I went for it (actually 3!) The dances were actually very good by MA standards - full contact both ways. The one thing that concerned me was that she kept nipping my neck with her teeth, even though I kept twisting away. The last thing I need is marks of any kind on my neck!!!! Aside from that, the 3 dances I got were about the best I've ever had in MA. I would have gone for a couple more (and finished fairly nicely, btw!) except that I was running short of time and the teeth thing bothered me.
