Good time with right expectations

I’ve been going to the Centerfold for nearly 20 years, but much less frequently as better options for entertainment are available in Dearborn and Inkster. But the Fold is close to home and work, so I stop in occasionally to see if things have changed.

From my experience at the Fold, I know you can have a relatively cheap drink, with a low cost of entry, and can have a modest amount of fun with some attractive ladies if you come at the right day and time. Being a Detroit club, the Centerfold has had to clamp down on extras and the girls need to “cover up” when not on stage.

I went on a recent Wednesday afternoon. There were a few cars in the lot, indicating that there were some customers there (I have been early sometimes and have been the only patron!). Paid the $2 to the guy in the booth for the parking fee/cover. The Centerfold is in a seedy neighborhood in Detroit, but the parking lot is fenced in and I feel my car is relatively safe and don’t feel personally at risk.
