Never Disappoints, But Watch the Hustle Factor

I’ve been to this club a handful of times, and it’s always a fun atmosphere. There are a ton of reviews about this place, but the biggest distinction between my initial expectations and reality is that the club is really small. But it is vibrant. There were at least 30 dancers walking around, sitting around, or actively twerking on guys laps. Grinding happens both at tables and barside, as well as in a more traditional LD area. Then there are curtained vip rooms that are predictably filthy. Most dancers are AA, tending towards thick (but not fat), but there’s a minority of other options. As a white guy, it’s totally fine there, and patrons and dancers are all nice and like to chat. I got a few sample dances from some light skinned girls who were a bit thicker up close than they looked when walking around the floor. Finally struck up conversation with a super skanky looking Latina dancer (probably Cuban). She didn’t speak a ton of English but she hustled. She knew what she wanted and how to get it, right down to a final hustle once in the vip booth. But she worked hard for the money. I can’t say that this night was as economical as trips to Follies should be, but that’s on me for not bargaining as I should’ve. Super fun club and I’ll be back!
