I visited Cheetah Hallandale on Wednesday February 26, 2020 from about 9:30 to 11 pm. This club is on the north side of Hallandale Beach Blvd just east of I95. It is a bit back from the street with a gas station, Taco Bell and Burger King in front of it. If you turn at the light at 10 NW Terrace you can easily get to it. The area behind the club is industrial . It has a fairly big parking lot with both free parking and valet. I was actually staying at the Best Western Plus just across a side street and walked over. I noticed the hotel gave me a parking pass for my car which suggests they may have a problem with overflow from the club trying to park at the hotel. The club is a stand alone rectangular building with the entrance near the left end of the long side. Cover was $5 with no ID or security check. As you enter the restrooms are immediately to the right. To the right and up a few steps is a room that occupies the left end of the building which could be described and a combination dining room and sports bar with tables and the walls covered with very large TV’s showing sports. This room doesn’t have its own bar but is served by waitresses from the main club. Entering the main part of the club there is a hollow square bar at the left, the main stage against the far wall to the right (and I think the dancer’s dressing room is behind the stage), and to the right another hollow square bar. At the very far right end of the building is another searing area.. The main stage has chairs at a tip rail, tables in back of these, then farther back and raised up is an area of VIP seating. Between the main and VIP areas in the middle is a small square stage. There are also some VIP booths right to either side of the main stage. Further back and raised even more there is the lap dance area which is a long room along the front of the building. Smoking is allowed, there was a display of cigars. A couple of customers and dancers were smoking a hookah, unpleasant when they inhale and them blow a cloud of smoke out into the room.

I had water for $6 for a generic bottle with a Cheetah label of it. For some reason the waitress gave me a receipt. The club was fairly full, most of the front area tables in use but not too many at the tip rail. Only saw one female customer. There were about 50 dancers I would guess, almost all Latinas with little English ability. There were maybe 2 AA’’s but these even might have been dark Latinas. The dancers were generally young and good looking. There are 5 poles, the two on the main stage, the single one farther back in the center and poles in the center of both of the bars. All 5 were in use. There were a lot of flashing lights in particular a lot of use of strobe effects. The music was quite loud. They did the usual 3 song sets of clothed, topless, nude. Dancers did $10 table side danced and most were fairly aggressive in asking to go back to the lap dance room.

I went back for $25/songs dances (price listing on signs) with 3 dancers. The lap dance area is a long room with rows of love seat sized couches interspersed with tables, no lateral dividers. There were some decorative dividers down the middle of the room that blocked some but not all of the view of the opposite row of couches. A bouncer walked through the room from time to time but seemed mostly concerned with which dancers were there rather than what was going on. All the dancers were careful to wait for the next song to start and asked if I wanted to continue at song breaks. I was concerned about this point since when I was there a year ago I encountered some very bad over counting, but they seemed to have cleaned up their act.
