Slow Saturday afternoon

Stopped by at about 5pm on a Saturday afternoon. The parking lot was pretty empty which should have been my first warning for what was about to come. I go inside and there was no cover. There was one dancer on stage and few others sitting around inside. There were only a couple of other guys inside as well. The first dancers didn't appeal to me so sat away from stage to wait for a rotation. The waitress came over to ask if I wanted anything. Was not pushy at all and accepted that I just arrived and wasn't ready to order.

The dancers finally rotated and I was still not intrigued. I decided to wait for one more rotation before trying another club. After the set, the dancer went off stage and was not replaced by another one. The DJ said she was in one of the private rooms. It was weird atmosphere with nobody on stage. After a song and a half someone finally showed up from the private rooms and went on stage. A few people left during this time and I should have too.

I finally decided the place was too dead to salvage at this visit. This was my first visit since it reopened and was also earlier than I usually visit. I'm not sure if this was just bad luck or the norm for this time of day. I'll be back later in the day next time.
