Wish I would have got there earlier / Great Club / Just bad luck on my part

2/7/20 - Friend and I went to Wing House in Daytona, near the Speedway, to watch the UFC pay per view. I wasn't ready to head home, but my friend was, so I dropped him off back home and headed over to Grandview Live (GVL). Unfortunately and in hindsight, I didn't get there until 2am and they turned on the lights almost at 2:30 am exactly. Don't let the time fool you though, the place was still full of people and had much more of an actual dance club vibe than a strip club. Also, I don't didn't say it was packed because this place is huge! I don't recall if I paid $10 or $20 cover, but, probably would have tried to negotiate or try a different club down the street if I had known I only had 30 mins or so. Anyway, there is a bar right when you walk in immediately to your left and then a bunch of open area and the first stage, then another bar in the middle, then the second stage (and what I'm sure would be referred to the main stage) and then in the back there are is a third bar that was the most packed and the area for the private dances. Along the right wall, if you are facing the back of the club, there was a woman selling massages and there was an elevated VIP area. On the left side of the club were two pool tables both of which were working. I haven't been in some time, but, the last time I was there one of the two pool tables was out of order. Anyway, I walked around the club once to see if any of the girls caught my attention and ended up sitting down at the middle bar. It seemed most of the girls at that point of the night had settled in with a particular guy or were walking around and hanging out and not as interested in eying guys for potential dances. I ordered a bottled water at that point of the night (2:15 or so), put a $5 on the back and got $2 and change back, which I left for the bartender. The bartenders were attractive, but, much older than a majority of the girls working on that night. It's not like other clubs I have been to, which either have young bartenders too shy or not wanting to strip or over-the-hill dancers. Here it seemed like the bartenders at the bar I was at were moms you would see at the grocery store or target.

Anyway, one of the dancers, I believe here stage name was Misty came over, asked what a handsome guy like myself was doing sitting here without a girl next to him and we struck of a conversation. If I had to guess she was probably one of the older dancers at the club, but, was not over the hill and had very stunning eyes and a nice rack. I offered to buy her a drink, but, she said she was alright and we chatted for 5 minutes before she segwayed into asking if I wanted a dance. I wasn't really feeling a connection, but, I'm bad at saying no, so I said sure. She took my hand and we headed towards the back. I paid my $10, I believe for a bracelet, and then we walked through the first row of private booths and she didn't like what she saw, so we went back towards the bracelet guy, squeezed past him and there was a whole second room of private booths. I've been to this club twice and never realized they were there. I was hoping giving she was older and she took me to a more private booth towards the end that I would get a better than average dance, but, unfortuantely, that did not happen. She asked me to take my belt off and empty the things I had in my pocket onto the table before she started. She also mentioned upfront about a tip. I asked how much and she said the cost of the dance. I ended up getting two dances from here and both were almost identical! I don't know what the laws are in Florida or this county, etc. but, I got boobs in my face, a little bit of grinding with her facing away and she seemed ok with running my hand up and down her calves and the outside of her thigh, since I'm a legs guy. She asked if I wantd another dance after the second one and I said i was good. I got my stuff together walked out of the private dance room and sure enough the lights came on. Damn it! I asked one of the bartenders if any of the other clubs were open later and she said no, they all close at the same time. To be honest, one of the best parts of the night after the UFC was getting pizza across the street because I was hungry again.
