Not a must see but not terrible

I checked out Ember's for the first time on a multi-club, seven hour night out on a recent Thursday. I had been at Paradizio and then walked up to Ember's. Ember's is nice compared to Paradizio from a set up, decor perspective. There was a guy at the door but no cover. Got a domestic beer from the bar. The Latina (?) bartender served with a scowl. Maybe a bad night.

I was approached by a girl that a prior reviewer described as Patrick Ewing-like. She started kind of dancing on me. I allowed this go on for about a minute and then casually said I'm good or something to that effect. I gave her $2 and she said, that's $5. All good, here's $5. She gone.

I played pool with some of the local guys who were playing. The one guy said he recognized me from Vic's earlier in the day. A dancer joined in on the pool playing too. I played her 1:1 and I scratched on the 8 ball. After playing she gave me a couple of barside dances which were way too tame for my liking. I did not inquire about private rooms, etc.. Gave her $20 and back to Paradizio.
