Sure it's topless, but wasted potential.
The allure is nudity vs. the pasties rule. You're required to become a member for $10(?) to get around the rule. The place really goes for a classy vibe. Security is wearing tuxedo-esque attire. There's faux chrome/silver decor and the entire place is very well lit.
No alcohol served here, BYOB, but the 'bartender' and drink girls were actually more attractive than the talent. They were prompt to take drink or food order and pleasant.
The main room has a cathedral like ceiling height, there's one raised platform (3ft+ off ground) in the center with a pole. One dancer at a time. Encircling the main area is a second level lap dance area. They seemed decently private, but didn't get a dance nor see anyone. Seclusion is a matter of angles and height. The main area is fairly well lit, in contrast to the dim/mood lighting of most places.
