Off Day

Was passing through The D on a Friday afternoon and decided to stop at the FC. Gave serious thought about Landing Strip instead, but, my time was limited and I went with the club I have had better results with in the past.... perhaps that was a mistake on this particular day.

The club was celebrating "Chinese New Year" (not sure why) which equated to balloons, banners, free buffet at 5pm (did not stick around for that) and the waitresses being dressed in mid-length Asian hostess attire which did nothing but detract from any of the usual visual benefits. Dancer staffing levels were higher than I normally would expect on a Friday afternoon but, it was as though they were scraping the bottom of the barrel to get more ladies there as I would put the overall rating barely a 6.

Usual $8 to park, no cover and $20 for a booth on the upper right near the small satellite stage; my preferred vantage point. I usually have no problem selecting a dancer to spend time with at the FC but, today was a challenge. Was approached by several sub-par and overweight specimens that just did not qualify for an investment in the $20 entry fee VIP and the associated $30 dances.
