Sunday night review and broader dancer experience round up

I've been here about 6 times since my last review. So, I'm going to cover this in two parts. The first will be on my most recent visit, yesterday (Sunday) night. The second will be more general feedback on some of the dancers that I've had the pleasure to get dances from.

Arrived about 11:30 PM on Sunday night. I've been here a couple of Sunday nights and I'd say the thing that stood out was the number of dancers for 11:30 PM. There were maybe 15-18 on shift, when I expected there would be maybe 10. When I arrived they were still working two of the three stages, dancers doing one set on each, and it was about an hour before I saw them start to repeat. They kept both stages going until about 12:45 or so when they shut down to one stage with one dance per.

Cover charge this time was $8. I'm not sure why it wasn't $10 but happy to have a couple extra bucks to tip with. There were maybe 30 or so patrons when I got there. I was actually surprised the number of dancers was so high considering the number of customers, but assumed that many may have overspent on the holidays. Sometimes on my visits I'm informed by the waitress that there's a (1) drink minimum but this time I was not. I asked for an ice water and the waitress did not try to upsell me to the bottled water and brought it promptly. She said there was no charge and I gave her a $2 tip. She was appreciative rather than expective. Her service was prompt most of the night. (Note last Thursday night the experience was totally different and I ended up just directly to the bar rather than waiting for what seemed like ever between checks.) She never offered me popcorn. I've been there maybe 10 times and can't tell you why I get popcorn sometimes but not others.
