Saturday at the Orchid

I had a chance to visit the Orchid on Saturday at about 5:30. The layout has been discussed past reviews, but there is a rectangular bar that fills up most of the open space. The stage is contained within the bar. There are two private rooms with doors that are $30/song and a communal room with 4 couches positioned around the lap dance area that are $20/song.

There were approximately 10-15 patrons when I walked in and somewhere between 5-10 dancers from what I saw. I sat down and ordered a $6.50 beer. As the dancers circulated, I talked to a few of them including Seduction, Melanie, and Khloe. There were others but unfortunately, I either didn't get/hear their names or just forgot. The dancers on stage were a little more reserved than I had expected. The last time that I was in at that time, several dancers were quite liberal with the disrobing while dancing.

I decided to get a dance from Khloe, a curvy Latina who I think said she was new. The dance was quite uninspired and mechanical. There was no roaming from her and I wasn't into pushing the envelope. I stopped after one, paid, and left.
