A Gem in a Vast Ocean of Girls

This was my first time at Sapphire. I have been going to Vegas for 25+ years and have always spent my time at Palomino, Spearmint Rhino, or Treasures. A friend recommended Sapphire, so I thought I would try something new. First, a little about the club. It is huge. The largest in Vegas. This is a top notch gentlemen's club. The club is laid out around a center stage. with a staircase up to an elevated stage. The dancers are topless and there really aren't a lot of stage side seats, so the club is really all about private dances. The dances can be done at your table or in the private rooms. The term private is relative. I took a tour and there were rooms for 15 minutes, half hour, and hour. None were totally private. The price was a combination of the house price for the room and drinks, and the dancer charge.

My night began with a call to the club for a "free" ride. Within 15 minutes, a Tesla showed up at my hotel and took me to the club. I tipped the driver and went inside. No cover since I came in their car. A manger named Dwight took me to a table up by the stage, gave me his card, and told me to call him if I needed anything. This was a great service since he had no way of knowing if I was a high roller or just a regular guy looking for a cheap thrill. He set me up at a table right by the stage. There were at least 100 girls working. At this point, the parade of dancers began. One by one, I was approached by dancers wanting a private dance. While it was a little annoying, I get that they are all there to make a buck. The key is being able to say no politely until the right girl comes along. The good thing about Sapphire is that there is definitely the perfect girl for you. The bad thing is that you may have to go through a lot of girls to find that one. After turning down about a half dozen girls, I was approached by a nice looking blonde. I asked her where she was from and she said Russia. She hardly had any accent. I happen to speak fluent Russian, so we hit it off and I had a couple of vey nice dances at the table. Lots of contact. Two songs for $60. Great mileage for the money. Well worth the price, but not the girl I wanted to spend the evening with.

I got a couple more dances at the table from a slim brunette and a voluptuous blond. Again, good but not quite the right one. I went to the back to get a couple of dances from a nice brunette from Michigan. When I returned, my table was taken. I went to the other side of the club and took up a seat in the back where it would be challenging for the girls to get to me. After sending away a good dozen prospects, I was approached by a gorgeous blonde that looked very much like Florane Russel, the porn star. At first, I thought is was her. The resemblance was uncanny. But she was actually a little better looking. I went to the back for a half hour - $200 for the dancer, $125 to the house for 4 drinks. The half hour room is not really private at all. It is a large area with about 20 couches for dancing. Fortunately for me there was only one other couple in the room. So we went to the other side of the room and had a very private encounter. However, if it happened to be crowded, you could literally be sitting 3 feet from another couple. That is a lot of money to pay for very little privacy. But as I said, on this night it was dead and I essentially had a private half hour with an incredibly beautiful girl. And this brings me to the problem that I have with this club. They make their money by charging for drinks with the private dances. The half hour included 4 drinks. I had already paid for 2 drinks out on the main floor. After taking two girls to the private rooms, I was up to 10 drinks. That's way too much. I'd rather just be charged a fee by the house, rather than have drinks forced on me. That said, I got a double whiskey and my dancer got a double vodka. She was one of the most beautiful and seductive dancers I have had the pleasure of meeting in over 30 years of clubbing. So this experience was great. However, it would've been better if the house just charged me $100 for the room and I bought drinks as I wanted them.
