A crop
It’s an odd thing when someone who has been at your job for less than three months want a going away party. But when she said we were going to a crop I decided I would tagalong. There are a few places in Portland that are iconic tourist destinations. And while the city has it out right lied promoted this place, it’s on a Portland legendary status in the eyes of many.
I don’t frequent this place or even Portland strip clubs often. But from what I remember not much has changed. Maybe the price of the steaks have increased. The building next-door used to be an adult video shop. I’m not sure what it is now but the place looks pretty scary compared to the acropolis. The club parking lot is well lit so you feel secure but dark enough so you feel incognito. The exterior is nothing to look at. If you want a club that looks nicer go further south on 99E over towards Mall 205.
I don’t think I’ve ever been here when there weren’t female customers mixed in with the male crowd. It might be a small percentage in our group probably double the total number. But this is different than other cities I’ve been to.
I’ve had better steaks but had worse. The beer is cold and OK but not what I would’ve gone out for. Wow this place has a legendary status, there’s nothing super special about it. It’s cheap. There are attractive dancers but if you’re looking for interaction you might be left wanting. I never think about strip clubs and food but here you can get a pretty filling meal without breaking the bank. It is a lot more than you can expect from club in Seattle where are the only food options I’ve ever seen was a vending machine or the occasional dancer you’ve known long enough that she will share her lunch with you.
I won’t complain about pricing because someone picked up my entire tab. It was interesting being at a club with girls who decide to critique the body of every dancer we saw.
We might have stayed two hours. Not a bad time but also not my choice of strip clubs.. But if you’re going club hopping in Seattle… Weight I’ve heard it’s called a strip club crawl, this should be on your list.
