Got my drink "stolen"

Ok, so Saturday afternoons in Houston are not the best for clubbing. Went to half a dozen of the clubs near the Galleria and this was the worst. The facility was dilapidated and run down, door girl was chain smoking and looked like she had not showered in weeks, the security guard in the parking lot was literally sitting on the curb like a hobo. Yet I still paid admission and went in, yeah I was bored and desperate for some clubbing fun. Tried to find the bartender and between the cracked glass I was given and her general demeanor of doing me a favor attitude, we are off to a rough start.

As the DJ blast the latest and greatest from the 80's, I Like Pina Coloda's plays just as a stage one clinger latches on. I am not Brad Pitt, but I would reject someone 6 points higher in a regular bar. I try to give the social cues, turning my back, looking at my phone, bathroom break, evasive answers to questions and a general lack of interest, but this girl is going nowhere. Brunette, decent number of tattoos and a BMI as high as a basketball score. She wasn't thick, she was just out of shape. I was tolerant for a bit, hoping to get a look at the other 6 or so girls working, it was dark and my eyes were just adjusting.

Clearly the inside needs a remodel as much as the exterior needs paint, but I caught a glimpse of a decent spinner checking in for work. So thinking I can wait it out to see if it is worth my time and $$. Well stage one clinger ups the stakes and ask for a drink. I tell her maybe when I order me another one, she seems appeased, then grabs mine (vodka soda), and chugs it and says, "see you are ready for another."
