New Years Eve at the PH

The PH is located on Route 130 in Burlington. It's easy to find. It's kind of a hole in the wall, but I find it better than clubs with lots of neon and brass. It's a small club with a large bar in the center with the dancers performing in the middle. There are private rooms for dances in the back and a few off to the side of the bar. You can get soda or water, or it's BYOB.

I went the afternoon of New Years Eve, and there were a lot of guys and fewer girls than usual. Valerie was on the schedule, but the bartender told me that she called out. Ruby was supposedly there, but I think she was in the middle of a marathon dance session, so I never saw her. The other dancers were mostly the older regulars

After about 10 minutes, Yasmine came around. She looks like she is in her 20s, and she has dark hair and some tats. She is also local. Rather than do the bar side dance, she sat on the bar stool next to me and started a conversation, although she wasn't that talkative. She was nice, though. (She seemed to do that with everyone.) I assumed that the dance would be mediocre, so I declined a private dance. Later I saw her go into a room with someone for two dances, and the guy buzzed right out after they were done, so I thought my first impression may have been wrong. Seeing nothing tempting after another 15 minutes, when Yasmine came around again, I agreed to a dance. At worst, I thought it would be a TOFTT situation.
