Le Rouge is the New Lido and Worth the Trek

I was disappointed to find out that the new Lido location (re-branded as Le Rouge Lounge) was at 601 West 45th Street and 11th Avenue, and I had to go from my office in Grand Central through the crowded Theater District by Uber to get there. But once I got there, I fell in love with the place, as it was like an oasis. The place was newly renovated and was built to be a cool lap dance event space. Le Rouge ("the red" in French) is such a fitting name as the couches are all red velvet and the decor is beautiful. The place is stunning and really sets the mood.

What I liked the most was reuniting with some of the Old Lido girls like Allison and Emma that I knew back in the day from Madame X and Space Ibiza. They told me that they liked being in a fully licensed gentlemen's club, but that this venue was more fun and exclusive. They did not like being mixed in with the professional strippers at the other gentlemen's clubs. They liked having their own floor just for the Le Rouge girls.

My only complaint was that they did not have the lavish free buffet like Old Lido. But then again, I only paid $20 admission, as opposed to $50 at Old Lido. I also got a free $20 lap dance card for getting there by 10 PM. But, if you want to eat, there is a dining room upstairs with steak.
