A 100% Guidelines compliant review.
Stopped into the Sands at 12:30 on a Friday, on the way to watch the Apple Cup at a bar. Due to the mechanical and unremarkable nature of the transaction I entered into with the ever reliable and ever-present Dancer Q, and the rash of review-cops currently plaguing our little community for not adhering to the review guidelines, I will focus more on said guidelines, and less on the personal experience.
Paragraph 1: “Describe the club vibe”… the club is an old 1960’s joint, independently owned, dark, lots of little chairs with little tables, some 1980’s era Nagel-esque prints, a small stage, a VIP, and a newish Champagne room constructed from curtains. It’s not in any way shape or form, “baller” if that’s what you were hoping for. It’s a dive. Some of us like that.
Cleanliness: probably wouldn’t pass a luminol test, but as far as Seattle independent strip clubs go, it’s one of the cleaner ones.
