Disappointed

I don’t get to the west coast often, and one of the clubs I most wanted to check out was King Henry VIII because the reviews were positive and, well, I love black women. A lot.

TLDR: Small lively club with all AA dancers, but from my limited exposure here, I think you’re better off if you’re a regular.

I visited on a Friday from 2:30 to 4:00. Parking was free, but very tight in the small lot; luckily for me, someone was leaving when I got there and it was the only available spot. No cover; bottled water was $6.00 at the bar.
