FWIW, if anybody cares, I learned a little more about what's going on with this club. Apparently the former owner didn't tell the new owner that nobody bothered to get the necessary permits, etc., to rehab the joint. Evidently, the new owner didn't bother to check before putting his money down. What makes people who own go-go bars stupid? I predict this will open as a normal dance club someday, rather than a go-go bar. But we'll see.
