I am not sure why my experience was different that what the reviews seem to suggest, but this was a rather abysmal visit for me.
I came in on a Monday night ~9 pm, and the place was nearly dead. On the stage was a rather old performer (~50-60 range) that was well... look-away worthy -- not just in terms of looks, but in terms of the stage performance. The number of girls working was very small <=5 by my estimation, and well, out of those, maybe one (Sonic) was above a 5, under anyone's sensible criteria -- who happened to be a great dancer too.
I was "visited" by three girls -- Cayenne, Egypt and another one whose name I cannot remember, and they all essentially asked me to tip them after talked to me for 2 mins, and me making it clear I don't want a dance -- I did it more so they would go away, because they were extremely pushy. (After introducing themselves, the conversation essentially went "do you want a dance".) I wanted to wait for Sonic to get a dance, but felt so uncomfortable and pressed, that I left in maybe under a half an hr.
