Locals bar with mixed talent and mileage

I stopped by the Avenues on a recent Friday afternoon. For those who have never been there, the address is on Michigan Avenue but the main entrance is in the back of the club where you will also find a small parking lot and some street parking.

There is no entrance fee in the afternoon. The bar is relatively small with about a dozen stools along the bar. Beer is reasonably priced, about $5 for a domestic beer. There is a T shaped stage that also contains a ring suspended from the ceiling that some of the dancers use. A number of tables are arrayed around the stage. Private dances are performed down a steep set of stairs where you'll find an attendant who collects $5 for each visit, along with a half dozen small cubicles and two more private dance areas with curtains for privacy.

The afternoon dancers are mostly MILF's in their 30s or 40s, with a few younger women sprinkled in. A few are slender and attractive but many of them feature thicker, post-baby bodies (not bad but don't expect slender models at this club).
